Originally born in northern Italy, I’ve had the privilege of living in twelve countries and traveling to over 58 countries. Fluent in four languages, this diverse experience has endowed me with a unique ability to leverage my curiosity and cross-cultural communication skills, providing me with fascinating insights into different cultures. I’ve observed and integrated the deeper meanings of cultural differences, honing my cross-cultural competencies through extensive travel. Her expertise extends to several specialized areas, including Organizational Coaching, Prosci Change Management, and Systems Theory, where she holds certifications demonstrating her deep understanding and proficiency.
